Lisa is the former Assistant Secretary of Labor for the Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) and a nationally recognized expert in employee benefits law.
With nearly 30 years of experience representing Taft-Hartley multiemployer plans, she is a long-time advocate and counsel deeply rooted in the multiemployer plan community, offering valuable insight into the regulatory landscape. Before her government service, Lisa served as plan counsel to multiemployer health and retirement plans across a wide range of industries nationwide, giving her a deep understanding of the unique challenges these plans face.
