FAQs

Should I apply separately for each job that I am interested in?

Yes, please apply separately for each position of interest. When you apply, your resume is routed to the Human Resources Recruiter for that specific opening. Our recruiters hire for multiple jobs and locations. You improve your opportunity to be considered by making sure the right recruiter has your resume.

After I’ve submitted my resume, how long will it be before I hear from Zenith American?

We will acknowledge receipt of your emailed resume right away with an automated response. Unfortunately, we are not able to acknowledge receipt of faxed or mailed resumes. Qualified candidates are usually contacted within ten days of receipt of their resume. If you are not contacted personally, it means we are considering other candidates or the job has already been filled.

Should I contact the Human Resources Recruiter if I do not receive a call?

We would appreciate it if you wait to be contacted. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of resumes we receive, we are not able to contact each applicant personally. If a Recruiter is interested in talking with you regarding an opening, you will be contacted for a telephone interview. If you have a preference about how you would like to be contacted, please include that in your cover letter when you apply.

I need sponsorship in order to be able to work in the United States. Will Zenith American sponsor me?

No, Zenith American is not currently sponsoring candidates for permanent residency. If this changes for a particular opening in the future, we will indicate that on the posting.

The job posting I am interested in is no longer listed. May I still apply for that opening?

If the job posting you were interested in is no longer listed, the position has been put on hold, cancelled or filled. However, you are certainly welcome to send us your resume for future opportunities.
